kim: hello. tell me please, what means the word "rong" in yor language?
There are many Chinese characters which have the pronounciation 'rong'. In my case, this is the Chinese character of my name - 荣. It means glory and honour. :D However, most of the people who used RongRong as their names would not use this character because it is not meant for a girl. XD Most of the girls used this 2 'rong' instead 蓉,容. This 蓉 means lotus if you translate it directly. And lotus represents purity, determination and freedom. Yup. ^^

Why didn't you tell me long ago? Now I'm shy... *blush*
I can't believe I actually wrote, I meant typed, so much to explain my name. MUAHAHA, I LOVE THE JOB OKAY! Well almost everybody thought my name should be written as 蓉蓉 because it sounds more girlish. HOWEVER, my parents felt that I needed a more boyish name because I was severely underweight and very weak when I was born. Aww poor thing.
Another reason was that my 八字(Is it? Something like that) is lacking 木, and as you can see, 荣 has a 草字头, and another 木 below. That made it the right word to use. :D I guess it is lacking too much 木 that I have 2 RONGS in my name. XD Sweet, if you read my name the other way round, it would be Rong Rong Deng, the way Westerners address us Chinese. ^^
Okay that's all. GOOD NIGHT.
